Refund Policy

Introduction

At Massive Dynamic Labs (MDL), we strive to provide top-quality services and a seamless experience for our clients. Our refund and cancellation policy is designed to ensure transparency and fairness in all transactions.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Project Planning & Initiation:

    • Every project starts with a detailed analysis, discovery phase, and scope of work documentation to ensure both parties have a clear understanding of the requirements.

    • Once the project has commenced, cancellation is not permitted for work already completed.

  2. Project Cancellation:

    • If a project is mutually terminated before completion, the client retains control of all completed work, and payments for further development will be void. No refunds will be provided for previous payments or deposits.

    • Once mockups are approved and development begins, cancellation is not allowed, and no refund will be issued.

    • No cancellations are entertained for special promotional or discounted services.

  3. Marketing & SEO Services:

    • Digital marketing, SEO, and similar services are non-refundable; however, clients may cancel services with a 30-day written notice.

  4. Inactive Projects:

    • Projects that remain inactive or unresponsive for more than 30 days will be considered abandoned, and no refunds will be provided for any deposits or payments made.

Refund Policy

  1. Full Refund Eligibility:

    • A full refund is applicable only if no work has been initiated on the project. Clients must submit a refund request via email at massivedynamiclab@gmail.com within 7 calendar days of the invoice payment.

  2. Partial Refunds:

    • If a project is canceled after work has started but before completion, a partial refund may be considered, deducting the cost of work already completed.

    • Refunds are not applicable for completed project milestones or any approved work.

  3. No Refunds in the Following Cases:

    • If the client changes project requirements mid-development, causing additional work.

    • If the delay in project completion is due to client unavailability, lack of communication, or delay in providing necessary information.

    • If the services have been fully delivered as per the agreed scope of work.

Modification of Policy

MDL reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Clients are encouraged to review this page periodically.
